We had an exceptional experience with B&L. We arrived without an appointment and Brian had looked at the car within 30 minutes and the car was fixed after 45. They were incredibly kind while we waited, and Lisa had coffee, tea, and snacks for us. They charged us a modest price for the quality of service rendered. Started smelling exhaust fumes in our truck when it was idling. Brian discovered several parts were just wore out and had to be replaced to fix the problem. This had been a problem for some time, we just got around to having it looked at So glad to get this fixed before it got worse and more unhealthy. Excellent service as always.

B&L Automotive is absolutely the best at what they do. My wife`s car stalled on her coming up the mountain. All we had to do was contact B&L. They got her car to the shop and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. (by the way, the problem was something that a Major Dealership had left undone). Our vehicles are older models, but if you want the latest tech and only want to have it fixed one time, B&L is where you want to go!

This is the best place to get work done on your vehicles. When you schedule your vehicle they are ready to start to work on it. My truck will only go to them for any preventative or repair needs. If you don’t use them you are probably paying to much for your repair. Thanks B&L

We stopped here with our motorhome with a brake problem. He was extremely busy but took a few minutes to fix our problem. Thanks to him we went to pigeon forge without any more problems. We stopped at several places on I40 but they wouldn’t even look at it. My wife saw their sign on the way through. We thought if he can’t do anything then we would just go back home and forget the trip. Thanks to B&L, we are here. He went beyond expectations and charged us nothing.
