We stopped here with our motorhome with a brake problem. He was extremely busy but took a few minutes to fix our problem. Thanks to him we went to pigeon forge without any more problems. We stopped at several places on I40 but they wouldn’t even look at it. My wife saw their sign on the way through. We thought if he can’t do anything then we would just go back home and forget the trip. Thanks to B&L, we are here. He went beyond expectations and charged us nothing. It may have been small to the nice man that fixed it but it was huge to us. Thanks again and God bless you and your staff.
